Shipping Information

We process and dispatch orders from Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays, with an aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours.

Please allow between 3-5 days for your order to arrive via Royal Mail, and if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us with your order confirmation number and we will aim to rectify this as soon as possible.

Delivery is charged per address, and worked out by the total weight of your parcel. We currently ship throughout the UK and Ireland, and are aiming to offer international shipping in the near future.

UK Shipping Costs – Royal Mail Standard Delivery:

• 1-3 boxes of Hot Tea – £3.10
• 3 or more boxes of Hot Tea – £5.20
• 1-2 boxes of Iced Tea – £8.90
• 3 or more boxes of Iced Tea – £20.25

*Please note that shipping is changed by weight, which is why there is a variance between our hot and iced tea delivery costs.

Ireland Shipping Costs – Royal Mail Standard Delivery:

• Up to 500g – £7.55
• Up to 1kg – £9.70
• Up to 1.5kg – £11.80
• Up to 2kg – £12.90

* Please note that Create Your Own orders may take up to an extra two days to arrive due to the bespoke nature of this product.

Our Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason,  please contact us at hello@superlifeinfusions.com.​

Returning an item to us is a simple process; contact us within two days of receipt of your purchase with your order confirmation number, and let us know what you are not satisfied with. Post it back to us in its original condition and packaging to the address below within 30 days of receipt. Once received we will process your refund. Please note that we are unable to refund any postage costs unless the product was at fault.
